Living in Tents: Risk-Taking

Sometimes, the only way to save the thing you love the most is to let it go, and trust God to care for it. That's what Moses' mother did when she set him adrift on a basket in the Nile River. Scripture: Exodus 1:8-2:10

The podcast below is an edited compilation from the worship service. It begins with the "Story for All Ages," which is a retelling of the story of baby Moses, and the conspiracy of women that saved his life—the midwives Shiphrah and Puah, his mother and sister, and Pharoah's daughter. Then it transitions to the sermon, which reflects more on that story, and a closing prayer that rounds out a written exercise in letting go that was part of the sermon.
