Peace Like a River -- January 17, 2010


A sermon from my heart, about the deep prayer for God's peace and justice, in connection with Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, the suffering of earthquake victims in Haiti, and the image of the river in Amos 5:24, "Let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like a flowing stream," and Revelation 22:1-5, the River of Life. The recording begins with the last chorus of the anthem, "And the River Will Rise," by Tom Conry.
